5 /5 Judith Helf: Last year, I moved from my former insurer to State Farm for my homeowners insurance. It was a simple process, and all went smoothly. This year, it is complicated by the fact that I am selling my house just weeks after my insurance policy is due for renewal, AND I was seeking advice on renter’s insurance. I knew that I would benefit from some guidance and a bit more personal attention this year. It was my lucky day when Aaron Marshall Bobb happened to be the one who picked up the phone when I called last week.It is a delight to work with him: efficient, knowledgeable, available, respectful, friendly…..all this PLUS a sense of humor (much appreciated at what was a very stressful time for me!) He took care of everything and made it all seem easy. Mr. Bobb is a wonderful addition to the Agency. They are lucky to have him on staff — and I am VERY lucky to have him overseeing my business with State Farm. Many thanks, Mr. Bobb!

5 /5 Annette Hamilton: I have been with State Farm for a very long time. I started them around 2012 and the office I was with the manager and staff was great 5 stars! Then came the Pandemic, the manager at that office. passed away and the staff didnt want to stay there anymore. Then came a whole new management and staff. They were so disrespectful, didnt reach out at least to me to introduce themselves, explain how they work for the clients 0 stars. I left them, and I lucked out with still State Farm just another office. This office is wonderful 5 stars. Mr. Steve Bernstein manager had reached out to me once he saw my paperwork transferred to his office. He called me, introduce himself to me, explained how the office works with each client. There was trouble transferring the paperwork but Mr. Bernstein kept following up to make sure everything was completed. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. There is one particular person there that is so nice and patient. Mr. Aaron Marshall-Bobb. He is wonderful and he listens and he advise the best that he can. This office is not about what the customers can do for them, its about what they can do you their clients. Thank you State Farm Mr.Bernstein and staff.
