Communication is excellent and response times are very fast, often less than 24 hours. Communications was quick and fluid, I did not feel pressured into things that I did not ask for or would not be beneficial to me. The ladies in the office are kind and funny. She was patient, friendly and timely with all of the crazy request and situations that came up during our home purchasing process and getting our homeowners insurance. State Farm was also the most reasonable price wise. I plan on getting additional insurance with Tamaris Lott State Farm.
