Jeff Johnson Rob is just an absolutely awesome guy! And is willing to do whatever it takes to get you the best deal possible. My 20 year old daughter is buying her first brand new car. She got a quote from her current insurance company for $400 dollars per month and I almost fell over. I contacted Rob to see if we could get that lower. After Rob took the time to contact cooperate because my daughter is buying a 2024 model year. And having them upload that model year in the system because it’s too early for those rates to be available. Rob was able to get my daughters quote to $140 per month! Rob saved my daughter $260 per month!! And quickly too! This man will do everything in his power to get you the best rate possible!!! My opinion 5 stars isn’t enough! Thank you again Rob! Recently my husbands sister passed away and unfortunately during her illness, several invoices became past due including her home and auto insurance. Liberty Mutual sent a very terse letter, even though they knew she passed, that they were cancelling with no interest in renewal. We called Larry R. at Accent who immediately jumped on our very serious problem and within 1 week all was resolved for just as good of coverage at a less expensive premium. I highly recommend them.
