What sets him apart is his real-world perspective (you can ask him for real examples) and his ability to clearly explain why he recommends certain coverage and limits. He knew more about the complexities of homeowners’ and liability insurance than I ever thought there was to know, and put more time and thought and research into my case than I could have expected anyone to do. We were extremely impressed with Seths knowledge and willingness to share insider tips. He knows the products inside and out, down to the smallest details. He always replies to emails quickly, clearly and thoroughly, and takes the time to answer our calls outside of business hours, spending a few hours each time answering our questions about the different insurance companies, policies and prices. Seth worked with multiple insurance companies, and gave us a fact-based analysis of each of them as well as the overall industry. He did a really good job of explaining the loop holes in the middle market insurances and find me the right plan that covers all the bases I need to feel protected. He has a wealth of knowledge.
