They found us a very good insurance policy at a lower price than we expected, and have been friendly and very quick to respond whenever we have had an inquiry. I especially appreciated their help when we received an urgent request from our mortgage company for information about our policy and needed help from 5boroughs to respond. Although the request came during the last holiday week of December when most offices are closed, Heather responded to our request for help within hours, or maybe even minutes, in plenty of time to solve the problem. I recommend them enthusiastically!
