S C We have had a great relationship so far with Pure. We have been with them 4 years. My wife was rear-ended by an under-insured motorist. I was out of town but Pure stepped up, had here a rental car delivered to our home in a couple of hours, and a check for the totaled vehicle by the next day. After both hurricanes last year, they called immediately to see if we were ok and if we needed an adjuster. Our experience has been excellent.
