I moved to New York 20 years ago and my Canadian Agent talked to my US Agent and I’ve continued to have excellent service. When I bought my first home State Farm was at the top of my list. My experience has been consistently positive from the very beginning, In particular Dan Schmidt’s group has been with me through the collapse of my front porch awning, a winter storm tearing away the gutter, a fender bender (not my fault) and a chipped windshield which they handle with empathy and swiftness. Dan’s agents are knowledgeable and genuinely helpful (especially Cassandra). Their rates are competitive, and I have never even thought about going anywhere else. Afterwards we had follow questions and she was always able to collaborate with Rhonda and bundle our home and auto policies after that too saving us even more money. Robert Rabbin Been with them for decades and never found a reason to switch. Being a long -term bundled customer means your rates dont go up simply due to accidents or claims (if reasonable). They always pick up the phone and will tell you exactly what you need to do in any situation.
