Judith Helf Last year, I moved from my former insurer to State Farm for my homeowners insurance. It was a simple process, and all went smoothly. This year, it is complicated by the fact that I am selling my house just weeks after my insurance policy is due for renewal, AND I was seeking advice on renter’s insurance. I knew that I would benefit from some guidance and a bit more personal attention this year. It was my lucky day when Aaron Marshall Bobb happened to be the one who picked up the phone when I called last week.It is a delight to work with him: efficient, knowledgeable, available, respectful, friendly…..all this PLUS a sense of humor (much appreciated at what was a very stressful time for me!) He took care of everything and made it all seem easy. Mr. Bobb is a wonderful addition to the Agency. gvfinc I normally dont write reviews, but I have had such a good experience with OVIA Insurance in Mexico, NY that I thought that I would post one. All I have to do is to pick up the phone or stop in to the office and I know they will take care of whatever I need. They always shop around for the best deals and best coverage on auto and homeowners insurance. They work for you to get the best coverage at the best price. Kathleen in their Mexico office recently found a new homeowners plan for me with better coverage and I saved over $1000. dollars! They are not tied down to just one company so you end up with better coverage for less money. I give them 5 stars!

B van Roestenberg John Deforest with RSS Insurance is the best insurance company I ever had! I own several companies and a farm and they have saved me a lot of money and gave the best service. I was with another company for about 18 years and never had such hands on attention and input. John and his team at RSS Insurance in Kingston provide the best prices and service. You send them a question and with in a few short minutes they get back to you. John also sits on Peoples Place Food Pantry Board of Directors and has helped that organization in many ways for several years. What a great asset to our community John Deforest is!
