I am a young hairstylist who needed insurance and didn’t know much, but they fully understood and walked me through everything! I would absolutely recommend them to absolutely everyone! Made for such an easy and wonderful experience and they truly care.

5 /5 Todd H: I conducted a Google search looking for a new insurance agency for my home and auto policies. By chance I came across The Frigault Agency. Upon reading the reviews I observed all positive responses from their clients, with much praise for Danielle Kahler. I then made an appointment for my mother and I to meet with Danielle. Upon arrival we observed that The Frigault Agency office is situated in a beautiful ranch style structure with a well manicured lawn and parking area. Upon entering, my mother and I observed one open room, and were greeted by the two owners and the entire staff. Upon meeting Danielle Kahler, my mother and I concluded that she is highly knowledgeable with 25 years of experience in the insurance business. Danielle has a wonderful personality and tremendous customer service skills. She makes you feel welcome and valued, and meticulously explains the insurance policies that are available. After two days of research, Danielle presented us with acceptable Home and Auto Insurance policies. I highly recommend The Frigault Agency. I always believe in first impressions and this was a great one.

I asked friends...and Frigault was one of their recommendations. There were 3 others on my list. My first phone call with Danielle at Frigault had me wondering why I would need any other. My second phone call had me focusing only on Frigault. I need specifics and comparisons with tasks like this and Danielle did not disappoint. She explained things so patiently and understand ably. I am surprisingly content with my choice for our cars and home insurance. My yearly savings are notable. NYCM , well rated by Consumer Reports, is now my insurance provider with Frigault as my in person contact.

5 /5 Brett Ryan: I had been contemplating shopping around for a new auto & home insurance policy after my rates had been rising with another carrier, and found The Frigault Agency, Inc from a google search. After contacting them, we went over my current policies and then they shopped around with the insurance carriers that they do business with. They found me a policy that lowered my monthly bill by a significant amount, while also increasing my coverages AND lowering my deductible. While the savings may vary on a case-by-case basis, if youre even just wondering if you can save some money, give them a call. Their services are free, and it saves the headache of having to do it all yourself. Plus, their agents are phenomenal to work with. I cannot give the agent who helped me, Danielle, enough praise. From start to finish she was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and easy to work with. She explained everything in very easy to understand language (which can be a challenge with insurances sometimes), went out of her way to note certain things that many people might miss, and sprinkled in tips that I would have never thought of that she has learned from years of experience.
