2 /5 Madison Migneault: Becky was wonderful, and did everything she could to help me when my former insurance company sent mail to my former address and canceled my policy d/t a lack of a reply from me (because I never received said mail that would have been particularly helpful in that case), but when I got a new car, the girl (I won’t say her name here), that took over made no effort to help me find lower rates for full auto coverage, even though she said she would, and overall treated me like a number rather than a human being. For the record… every single quote I’ve gotten from every agency I’ve called has been half of what I was told I would get with at the Rowan agency. If you want to keep your customers (I was a customer for 3 years), treat them the way you’d want to be treated.
Edit- I was looking back at this review to delete it, due to the fact the owner actually apologized to me after I initially posted this. But I see he waited several months before posting the scathing response below. Still wouldn’t recommend paying over 400$ for coverage, when you can go to a competitor and pay a hell of a lot less. Never ever would recommend this insurance agency due to the fact that the owner would show such a lack of tact.
Edit #2- (2 months after my response to Scott’s rather attacking remark, which he’s changed twice now.) Congratulations on your 30 years, and thank you for owning your mistakes. I hope your demeanor remains more consistent in the office than it does on a public review platform.
