Instead of helping me..they directed me to their website to fill out their paperwork myself instead of helping me over the phone.. so lazy and unprofessional. Horrible way to do business.. I wont do business with a company who wont even help their customers over the phone

I called a few agencies and received quotes and not only did I get a great quote from the Getzoni agency, the hard work to get me that good price and the outstanding friendly customer service was second to none. I am thrilled so far with the service I have received from them. I will never go online to find insurance again and will only deal with a local agent. Having an agent gives you an advocate in case you need one. Luckily I think I found the best one around. Thank you Grant and Jamie!
