M Fessak Tina H. @ Don Marsh was the best Medicare broker ever! She took her time and explained carefully the different plans and how each one worked, which shows her professionalism and patience. She is an extremely kind person who cares about her clients and is truly trying to help seniors navigate the extremely complicated Medicare system. I was so very grateful to her for her patience and kindness and she answered all questions I had, and helped clarify things for me. She and Don work hard to accommodate their clients as much as possible, which I appreciated. God bless them for the important work they do, and thank you for all you did for me, Tina!

She even tracked down clarification on a topic that wasn’t clearly laid out in the documentation.
