1 /5 S F: Heather is very unhelpful and insincere. I was a long time customer, but will not tolerate being billed excessively for months and being fast talked and spoken down to. Why nobody else was allowed to help is ridiculous. I wanted to speak to someone else- in person or even on the phone (I tried several attempts). She is nonsensical, rude, and doesnt give a hoot if you stay or go! So go I went. Paying almost half now! ✌
To the owner- maybe you should set up cameras or listen to the calls to see how she Really treats your customers. Shes great at putting up a facade apparently. Sending me a "breakdown" that made no sense (and was Way too high) is very unhelpful. She was the one who messed up my rate/discounts for months, meanwhile telling me that I had to pay it until it gets "applied" again. Almost doubled my rate, and all I did was switch vehicles! To an older model no less! All you need to do is listen to one of our calls to realize... Youd have more customers.
Your "underwriting department" needs help as well. Cant just keep blaming some strange department for all issues without fixing it! So spare me.
