1 /5 Lisa Murray: Please do not use this third party agent (owner). I have had a hell of a year with my previous insurance company going out of business and trying to get new insurance after accidents (that were not even mine were on my record). Needless to say, once I found insurance and got a decent rate it was pulled because I could not prove I had previous insurance from the place that went bankrupt - while none of this is Auto Agency Direct’s fault per say. I was told if I worked with them they could help me get my rate back down and maybe even recoup some of the money that was wrongfully taken from me. I have text messages of conversations with Auto Agency Direct where they stated they would help me solve these matters, even went as far as to say they did dispute some things. Only to get a contradictory message stating that I should have known they wouldn’t be able to do it without me and it was up to me to fix this. When I tried to address this with the agent/owner - they never even bothered to scroll up to look at their own messages and see the lies they told me. Its thoughtless, and concerning that someone would lie like that and the proof is right in front of them. All the while still wanting to draft my accounts and take over $700 a month from me for insurance. Like I said this person did not cause the rate to be as high as it was nor are they the bankrupt insurance company that left me hanging with a bunch of accidents. However, they did capitalize off my misfortune and lie to me about their ability to assist in the matter. I waited months continuing to pay high rates - good news is I got my declaration on mine own and got the accidents off my report through Lexus Nexus - long story short - you do not need a third party agent - you can do this stuff on your own!
