1 /5 Travis Hall: I agree with the last review that Mike was awesome. Now that he has retired this place is going down the drain. I was amazed at the poor customer service, and frankly the nastiness, I received from Owner Cathy Tilebein. After spending 5 years with the company she was the sole reason I left. I needed business insurance, she never bothered to follow through. She said she would seek out better insurance rates for me, she never bothered to follow through. I simply asked for car insurance on a third vehicle, she questioned me as if I was a criminal, then HUNG UP on me. I obviously was never going to give her or her business another nickle so I was comfortable paying MORE for car insurance and business insurance just so that I do not have to go through her. TURNS OUT in 30 minutes I had insurance FOR LESS than what I was paying this place after being a "valued" customer for 5 years with a clean driving record! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IF YOU DO CHECK OTHER BUSINESSES FOR QUOTES! YOU WILL PAY MORE HERE FOR THE SAME YOU CAN GET THROUGH A SIMPLE GOOGLE SEARCH. Stay away

1 /5 Jessica Sustad: Worst place to go! The agent set up automatic withdrawal from my account. Got a cancellation notice because funds were not able to be withdrawn from. The account because they dont accept payments from American Express. So I called seven valley and they said it was because my bank refused it. Then talked to progressive agent and they explained it was because the agent set it up with an account they can not accept. Now pending cancellation I have been told they accept PayPal. Go to pay online via PayPal. When account is pending cancellation they can not accept payments via PayPal. Now Im screwed because of the agents at Seven Valley!!!
