Mel Solomon Burchell agency recently took over the Nationwide office in Ithaca after Stan Barlow retired. I am just getting to know the agents in the office. Recently without me contacting them, Nikki called me and said there may be new ratings that Nationwide has introduced for auto insurance and would I mind if she re-did a quote for me. In a few days I got a call from her saying that my premium would go down over $200 for 6 months. Could I use the $200? You bet! What agent would call a customer to voluntarily reduce pricing? A good agent, thats who. Thank you Nationwide insurance. And thank you Nikki and the Burchell agency.

Jayson Abbatantuono I am a customer since 1991 and have nothing but good things to say. My family and I have known Vinny since before I could even get insurance. Over the years as my needs and requirements for insurance have changed, both he and his staff have been very helpful over the years. In recent times, I must say Rita has not only been knowledgeable of the products but also flexible in helping someone like me keep costs down.
