She helped me understand what my current policy was and what changes I could make and the prices associated with the changes. She also answered random questions I wondered about unrelated to my policy: windshield repair. Great office!

1 /5 H&R Event Planning: I had State Farm insurance for over two years. The first customer service representative that I spoke to was fantastic. I got my insurance right away. However, after two claims which one was a popped tire that a nail on the highway caused and a cracked glass by a a truck that has a rock fall off. Neither was my fault or negligence. However, they decided that I have too many claims and not Rene my insurance. Last I remember that’s what you have insurance for. I will never ever recommend or use this insurance again. And to make worse they made seem that it was because I had two accidents. It’s after many calls they finally realized that it was incidents. It took my new insurance to make sure they take that off my record.

We call them constantly and they are always there for us.Like a good neighbor, State Farm really is there! Special shout out to Olivia. Olivia goes above and beyond and always follows up!
