I have worked with a number of agencies in the past, but have never experienced the level of service that I have, over more than a decade, with KS Roth. They have written my personal and business policies for many years, and I have always been impressed with their quick, courteous responses when I have needed assistance. From the delightful office staff, all the way to the owner himself, when I have needed them, they have been there, and have treated me like family. I have received valuable advice that has saved me thousands of dollars over time and left me better protected. I even received a call back in the middle of the night during an emergency 2 years ago! They worked to get us appropriate coverage which was tricky as we did a lot of building improvements. At the same time they improved our coverage they also helped us eliminate coverage that we didn’t need, saving us money. Besides being helpful and efficient, they were also upbeat and friendly.
