When you call the automatic phone number just keep asking for Jen at the utica office and they will put you through and she won’t sugar coat anything. She is super nice and willing to work with anyone. Although respect is earn, so if you give respect then Jen will help you otherwise don’t bother. She understands that life happens and how tight money can be. I 120% recommended her to anyone.
