Mark Anderson has been nothing but helpful, supportive and honest about everything since my wife and I bought our home last year and decided to go to State Farm for home owners insurance. Not to mention the amount he happened to help us save on an auto policy at the same time. Thank you for all you’ve done for us!

1 /5 George Espinal: Absolutely unprofessional. Stay away. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Mark Anderson, a State Farm agent. Not only was his lack of courtesy and professionalism evident throughout our interaction, but my policy also increased by 129% without any clear explanation or relevant information on how to lower the monthly premium. His communication was ineffective and failed to meet even the most basic expectations of customer service. It’s clear that Mark Anderson needs extensive training in professionalism and client relations. In my opinion, he is not suited to represent State Farm, and I would recommend seeking another agent for your insurance needs.

5 /5 Ron Gruss: I dont speak with Mark much, which is probably a good thing for our family. Not that the interactions are bad, quite the opposite! Mark and his team are amazing to communicate when you need them! My daughter was stuck alongside the road, broke down (Fri night of Ducks open, no less). With cars whizzing by, Mark was on the phone with us assuring a safe tow of the vehicle. We appreciate all he does for us, when we need him! Thanks Mark and Team, we appreciate it!

Not only do they continously have the best rates for my car and homeowners insurance policy they have unmatched and unprecedented service. I can go for months and months without calling but when I finally do they know my voice before I even get a chance to say my name. They are always willing to answer any questions or share all knowledge they have and when it comes to a claim or issue they are immediately on top of it, doing whatever they need to and anything extra that they can. I highly recommend!!

They are always willing to go over my policies to make sure I have the right coverage and answer any questions I may have. They are just a phone call away. They both are so personable on the phone and in person. It is a pleasure talking to a REAL person. I am so thankful for them and look forward to many more years with them.
