Victor Gutierrez de Luque This is the first time Ive posted a positive review for an insurance agent. My previous experiences over the years were lets just say not good. My current agent, Kristian Sinardo at State Farm, New Hartford NY, is nothing short of a stellar performer. Hes handled issues for me that were left unresolved for long periods of time. Id given up hope that theyd ever be fixed. Kristian changed all that. Kristian keeps working the issues and remains in contact until he resolves it. He doesnt pass it off to somebody else or blow you off, he keeps after it until its resolved. I appreciate his support and everything that hes done to simplify my insurance needs. I highly recommend Neil Campbell - Start Farm, ask for Kristian.

Brendan Peck I went through Urbanski because my Dad insisted on it. Initially when I called, I was told I had to come in because "they dont do business over the phone" in 2025. Immediately I didnt want to go with them because thats just outdated. I sign up for my policy anyway and went through progressive. We paid all of the 6 month up front. A month later, I get a notification on that it has been cancelled. I call progressive and the bank to ensure everything was correct, the bank says there was never a payment they declined and theres plenty of money to pay the 6 month premium Urbanski had no information for me and didnt even know it was cancelled. Progressive ends up telling me they cannot sign me a policy in NYS at all now that it happened once. Basically, this boils down to an issue of entering the card information incorrectly or something on the Agency side is what I was told. Now I cant go through progressive at all, have to pay more through the next lowest company, and will not be going through Urbanski for anything anymore. Should have trusted my gut or checked the reviews before just trusting them. Look anywhere else. Update: Finally got them on the phone today. Let the rude old man know that I didnt appreciate being screwed out of a policy with Progressive, he simply said "okay goodbye" with no apologoy or anything whatsoever. He was cutting me off the entire time I was explaining what happened and how we arrived at the fact that he screwed everything up. No apology. Kept saying "did you call progressive?" Each time I spoke. Isnt the entire reason we go through an agency so that they can do this stuff for us? This is hands down the worst experience Ive ever had as a customer.

Marc Osmun After leaving Progressive Insurance we were looking for a much better insurance company that would combined both our home and cars together at a rate we could trust to be there when needed... That was/is The Insurance Place in Fulton where Heather set us up with Erie Insurance years ago and we couldnt be happier today. Whenever I call Heather its as if we have been friends for years. She is always so friendly yet so very good at her job, giving us the feeling she cant do enough for us each and every time we call. You should give her a call too!

My agent, Anna, and her superior, Liz, our top notch in their knowledge of all issues that I have encountered. If there is a question that they cannot answer, they will research it and get back to me very quickly. it is so refreshing to have people who actually take their jobs very seriously and follow through with anything I need. From the person who answers the phone to my agent and anyone else involved, they are pleasant, competent, and extremely responsive. I am 100% satisfied with customer service and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of insurance. They really know their stuff!! And their rates are competitive.

Jeff Spear When seeking a financial planner, it is wonderful to have a person who is highly knowledgeable in their craft. An added bonus is a person who can convey information effectively. Mary OMalley was a teacher before entering the profession ten years ago. Not only does she know her stuff but she can also bring her clients up to speed in areas that can be a bit complicated. We had a special situation that she handled amazingly well, pointing us in the right direction. Thank you, Mary. Wish there were six stars.

AnthonyJessica Gould Donna is a pleasure to work with. I am so glad that I found CGI insurance agency. I was shopping for insurance and went to 4 other agencies before getting to CGI and I even had 2 others to visit. 1 of the others was slightly cheaper. But as you can see I still went with CGI. The Customer service easily outweighed the small dollar amount I wouldve been saving. Thank you Donna for all you do. And have done for us so far
