1 /5 Anthony Young: I am currently represented by your company and I understand that a lot of people dont usually take the time to write a review unless the experience was unsatisfactory and I dont take any personal pleasure in doing such! I have been a customer of yours for a number of years without incident. 2 months ago my vehicle was no longer drivable, so I took it off of the road and canceled the insurance because (shrugs) I had nothing to insure... Yesterday my girlfriend contacted your company because I now have a new vehicle, we were being assisted by diana who pulled the wrong vehicle file, a vehicle I havent had in 6 years or so and charged us a fee, and then abruptly closed and went home without our knowledge... Today we had everything straightened out, or so I thought...when I arrived to sign paperwork and get photos taken of the new vehicle, after all the paperwork was organized diana then told me that because I did not keep paying insurance even though I had nothing to insure, I am now going to have to pay double of what I would have if I kept paying for insurance mind you with nothing to ensure?? Now policies are policies I get that but as a CONSULTANT why wasnt I told this when I canceled because it would be a "no brainer" to keep paying to keep my rate reasonable?? I am a logical person I just dont understand how this is fair and when I asked diana I was told and I quote "we dont have to tell you anything" "if you cancel your insurance, thats your prerogative"!! This is less of a complaint and more of a WARNING!! Keep paying these companies even if theres nothing to insure because if not you will pay dearly after!! I feel I was ignorant to such unfair policies and taken advantage of please help me understand otherwise!!
