Recently I had an incident with one of my vehicles and Chris personally tried to resolve the issue along with Sheila’s help. Sheila is a “ROCK STAR” in my opinion! 5 /5 Lee Conklin: We had been with (first through Howie) and Chris’s office for over 35 years with all of our policies. We cant imagine a more amazing office and staff to work with! We’ve since moved away and are with other State Farm offices since Chris isnt licensed in Tennessee(you know, theres opportunities….), but we still have our life through Chris’s office so at least we are assured that our policies are being handled correctly. No other office can hold a candle to Chris and his staff. Even after moving away, they have helped with my local office issues more than once.
