Ashley Hurn Freeway/Integon National Insurance Company is a car insurance company. They are always extremely fast, easy, straight forward and provide the cheapest options available. I have had nothing but good experiences and great customer service provided from them. Amanda helped me recently with renewing my car insurance and she was very kind and helpful during the process. She even reached out to me twice a month before my car insurance needed to be renewed to remind me which was very appreciated! Everything was clear, straight forward, and easy to understand. I couldn’t recommend this company more. They really do care about their clientele and providing the best service possible!

Gareth Clarke I love this State Farm office. They are welcoming and supportive. Douglas and his Staff are informative and helpful. I came in to get a quote on my homes. I have two in NY and a home in Atlanta Georgia. Janay helped me with the home policies in NY. My daughter and I have two homes in NY. They explained everything so well. I was even able to contact a State Farm in Atlanta from their office for the home in GA. I wasn’t eligible for State Farm NY because my homes were too close to the water. Michael A Rawson Bob Weinman, Hudson Home Insurance and Inspections, recently provided a complete and thorough review of a commercial property in Troy, NY for me. Not only was his report extensive and all inclusive, he provided it within 48 hours of the inspection. His findings went far beyond my expectations and his knowledge, experience and systematic inspection were very informative for me. The report and resulting findings were very fairly priced. He patiently allowed me to accompany him in any area of the building. I recommend him highly and will use him again should the occasion arise.

Lee Teitsworth Currently there are three reviews of this agency, with an average rating of 2.3 stars. Im not sure Ive written a review on Google, but that number is so absurd, I feel compelled to weigh in. Initially (several years ago) I asked for an insurance quote for for my truck because of a family members referral who had had a positive experience. Not only did I switch to State Farm through this agency for my truck, but also I added my wifes van and switched our homeowners policy to receive the multi-line discount. After a careful reading of the policies compared, we now enjoy superior coverage *and* saved close to $700/year. As with any insurance rates can change, so review frequently; but the kicker, in complete contrast with some other reviewers, repeatedly I have found their level of service to be exceedingly high. Because of that, it would take more than a minor savings to move me away from this agency.
