Raymond Carruthers We relocated from California to Upstate New York, moving 2 cars and buying 2houses. Nick and his team were very helpful in getting us through that transition. They worked to get us appropriate coverage which was tricky as we did a lot of building improvements. At the same time they improved our coverage they also helped us eliminate coverage that we didn’t need, saving us money. Besides being helpful and efficient, they were also upbeat and friendly. We recommend them highly if you are in need of insurance coverage.

Miki Basic Angie Vastardis is absolutely amazing! She’s not only incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but also one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. She always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure I feel confident and well taken care of. I truly appreciate her kindness and dedication—she’s the reason I feel so comfortable and supported with Allstate. Highly recommend her!

Andy Gesner The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. This company is a complete joke. I tried to provide NXG Insurance with my business, but it became clear to me quite quickly that though he had been referred to me, Chris DiTommaso was going to be unable to assist me personally. Instead, he sloughed me off to his co-employee Tanner Davis, and after many days of being ignored by both of them, despite me calling and emailing, I sent an email expressing my concerns. Tanner did call me shortly thereafter to tell me he did not appreciate me "being rude", claiming that it usually takes "a week or two" to receive a Workers Compensation quote (WOW! What a whopper of a lie, I was able to purchase my policy with Geico in less than a hour!). Obviously Chris did not share with Tanner that there was a palpable sense of urgency to have this policy taken care of in a timely fashion. Tanner did promise to get back to me by "the end of the day." The date of that call was Monday, March 17th, 2025. That was over a week and a half ago. I have still not heard back from him and I doubt I will. Obviously "Customer Service" was not something they were trained to provide.

I have two in NY and a home in Atlanta Georgia. Janay helped me with the home policies in NY. My daughter and I have two homes in NY. They explained everything so well. I was even able to contact a State Farm in Atlanta from their office for the home in GA. I wasn’t eligible for State Farm NY because my homes were too close to the water. I still had to write the review because they helped me understand more of the insurance world. I’m grateful. Thank you Douglas and staff.
