1 /5 Mckenzie: Paige and Mia are amazing at this office. Theyre the best part about this office. Sally on the other hand is the worst part about this office. We have been with them for 3 years. We are switching offices because of Sally. We have talked to Tim about her before and her attitude and customer service still has not changed. Doesnt matter if she has worked there for years. Doesnt give her an excuse to treat people like non humans. She is in the customer service business. My husband called about a letter we received about claims and was asking what the other claims are for and she told him it doesnt matter because its just a letter from the corporate office and he told her it does matter and that he is calling to inquire about the letter. She has no respect for people. This is one of the many times that she has been rude on the phone so we are officially switching offices because of Sally. Sucks that one person can make an office be great ot not so great. I suggest if you want great customer service and youre sticking with Tim Ochs to talk to Paige or Mia. Theyre both great.

5 /5 Kat Trippany: I have been a customer of State Farms Tim Ochs office for YEARS and am 100% satisfied with them. I just recently traded my vehicle in, and updated my policy to reflect that. They were SO FAST in getting information to the dealer, that even the dealer was impressed - which in turn, made the paperwork that much quicker to process. I spoke to Paige this morning, and she was so kind and knowledgeable answering the questions I had about my newly updated policy.
