5 /5 William Baker: In addition to responding promptly to all of my questions, even ones he has already answered and patiently explained the first time around, G.John Kirsch has saved my wife and I money, time and frustration by patiently covering all of the angles and pros and cons of the various insurance products we have with State Farm. He has even patiently listened to my semi-annual rants about the ever rising cost of car insurance when I suspect most other agents would have hung up and written me off as not worth the time and aggravation.
Most recently, when I was having difficulty getting a timely response from State Farm about a claim covering damage done to our pool when a HUGE Ash tree fell into it two days before we had it scheduled to be taken down, I turned to John for help and advice and, even though he is not in Claims and had plenty of other demands on his time in areas for which he is responsible, he offered to do what he could to get the ball rolling and, thanks to him, the ball came to life and the problem was resolved almost overnight.
Bottom line, even though my wife and I have been with State Farm for many years thanks to Jim Patersons presence and help, Johns patience and efforts on our behalf have served to confirm our decision to stay with State Farm and made the never ending rising premiums a little easier to take.
I strongly recommend G. John Kirsch and the Jim Paterson State Farm Agency for anyone looking for honesty, patience and creativity when in the market for an insurance product. I fear the insurance industry has more than its share of snake oil salesmen but you wont find any at Jim Patersons State Farm Agency where excellence and honesty have found a home and where, in my opinion, G. John Kirsch is the best of the best.
