When I couldn’t get a human being on the phone to help me resolve the matter, a friend recommended Catherine Ryan at State Farm. I called Ms. Ryan’s office and left a message. It was returned immediately, not by an AI chat bot, but by Catherine Ryan directly. Her and her staff helped me obtain a new policy that same day. Since then, I’ve added more vehicles to the policy — and plan to add my home as well in the near future. Ms. Ryan and her team (including Tatiana Esquerra) are top notch professionals — prompt, polite and reasonably priced too!
