Michael Cappy I helped a friend of mine search for a vehicle after hers was totaled out. The check they cut her was a dishonest low-ball. The comparable vehicles they used were over 3 hours away. They gave her 1800 for a 3k vehicle. She called about the offer and they agreed to up it a few hundred dollars ( which she was happy with). Once the check finally came it was the original low ball offer. After weeks of waiting and missing out on several vehicles. All her calls have been ignored. Shame on Robert Amey or Anthony Day for taking advantage of a young woman!!! One of them offered her more and one of them sent the lower. the worst part about it was getting the title to them so they can sell the totaled car at auction. Horrible experience and she was forced to buy a car that doesnt even come close to what she had. The one screenshot below is the upped offer they never sent.

He went above and beyond, explained the policy and did not hesitate to answer the many questions I had. Jorge made me feel knowledgeable and comfortable with making my decision. Sue Gilmore Above and beyond is all I can say. My husband and I have had our insurance through Accent for many years. Recently my husbands sister passed away and unfortunately during her illness, several invoices became past due including her home and auto insurance. Liberty Mutual sent a very terse letter, even though they knew she passed, that they were cancelling with no interest in renewal. We called Larry R. at Accent who immediately jumped on our very serious problem and within 1 week all was resolved for just as good of coverage at a less expensive premium. I highly recommend them. Dependable, trustworthy & great business.
