Dale Zero This company is a mess. Maybe their actions are legal but they certainly arnt ethical. Two examples. When my father-in-law passed away, the agent was at the house the next day trying to talk the 90 year old widow into using the insurance for 10 year investment without the ability for withdrawals and no promise of interest rate after the first year. ..... Nice Guys!.... Next, I had an insurance policy that I canceled but they continued to make withdrawls from my bank account! I contacted them and was told they sold the policy to another company and continued to bill me. WTF. Even better, they wouldnt refund the mony taken from my account because ...wait for it.... they said it wasnt their policy anymore. Do yourself a favor and find another company.

When I reached out to them I was set up with Dale-Lynn, she has helped from the very beginning, from setting up business insurance to multiple trucks, to me calling me weekly list of COI she has always been there for me. Would recommend to anyone.

Moore Cleaner, LLC Glen is a very great personality. I haven’t met him in person, but I feel so relaxed by the fact that he pays attention to my insurance needs whenever we talk on the phone. I will recommend Glen anytime.

Over the years as my needs and requirements for insurance have changed, both he and his staff have been very helpful over the years. In recent times, I must say Rita has not only been knowledgeable of the products but also flexible in helping someone like me keep costs down. John Rehbein “ I have had a great relationship with Allstate for many years. I have multiple policies for my home, truck and snowmobile. When my truck was up for renewal this year, I thought and have been thinking the rates were a little high. I went to see Christine Civitelli-Geno in the Rome office to see if there was anything we could do about the rates. I had a quote from State Farm that was HALF of what I was quoted to renew with Allstate. At the time, Christine told me that there was nothing she could do to lower the rate. So I had no choice but to switch to State Farm. About a week later I got a call from Christine and she said she redid my quote after updating my current credit score which had not been done in a couple of years. My credit score has improved over the years and she was able to quote me a price so that I could stay with Allstate. She even took care of cancelling the policy that I purchased from State Farm. BOTTOM LINE: Christine went out of her way to retain a longstanding customer and she should be commended/rewarded for her efforts. Give that girl a raise!! Thank you. John Rehbein ”
