Samantha Prato Katherine is the best. Katherine always goes above and beyond for their clients and anything you need is immediately done. They shop around and get you the best deal. Running my familys business, Katherine hears from me often requesting all sorts of things and she is always so friendly and handles everything. Heather for my personal policies always answers my questions is amazing as well and goes above and beyond. I HIGHLY recommend.

Ryan Johnson Terrible company. I’ve been out of work since the beginning of March and haven’t been paid a dime. This company is awful. They did the same thing to me when my first daughter was born I finally ended up getting paid after eight weeks. The Hartford has terrible customer service, terrible business practices, and doesn’t care about people using their services. My step father was not paid a dime until two weeks after he returned to work after back surgery. I have a fellow employee who has been out of work for going on two months and hasn’t been paid. It’s not cool to mess with peoples money. I can’t even pay my bills. -10/5. Would never recommend.

Randy Dame I have been a customer of Agency Insurance Brokers for over 35 years and they have without a doubt always provided the best customer service and competitive pricing that can not be beat. I happen to own several businesses as well as multiple residential and commercial properties and the quality of service that they have provided me with is without exception. I highly recommend them and especially my go to agent “Angie” for the prompt and professional service she has always given me. She is extremely knowledgeable and truly a pleasure to deal with. I make it a point to always get other quotes for all of my insurance needs on an annual basis, and they have always been so prompt and highly competitive that I have never had a reason to even consider switching to another insurance agency.. They have alway’s been and simply still are, #1in my book. I’d give them a sixth star if it was possible.
