5 /5 Justan Hernandez: Wow Luis Lopez gave me the best insurance experience I’ve had in years! He took the time to explain the coverages to me and helped me understand how claims and insurance works in general I would recommend him to anyone looking for insurance. He was definitely the goodest neighbor I ever did meet. I still can’t believe it give that man a raise I tell ya!

1 /5 Monika T: They dont call back when you leave a voice mail, and then they act like they didnt get a voice mail. There is also high turnover at Luke Roths agency. I worked with Louisa, the manager at this location, and she is no longer there. Same with Joe.

1 /5 Inga Belas: Staff need to explain before get it done, then say to sign them as their client! It is my opinion for my person for visited branch! Branch manager called me today that there are 2 insured owners under the car, and one on the #TITLE- but I am supposed to be the co-driver!
