That was/is The Insurance Place in Fulton where Heather set us up with Erie Insurance years ago and we couldnt be happier today. Whenever I call Heather its as if we have been friends for years. She is always so friendly yet so very good at her job, giving us the feeling she cant do enough for us each and every time we call. You should give her a call too!

I have multiple polices through State Farm and I stay with State Farm because of the service I get from Brian and Christopher. Anytime I have to call or email, the response is always prompt and courteous. Christopher has definitely gone above and beyond for me many times, even when he didnt have to. My experience has been consistently positive from the very beginning, In particular Dan Schmidt’s group has been with me through the collapse of my front porch awning, a winter storm tearing away the gutter, a fender bender (not my fault) and a chipped windshield which they handle with empathy and swiftness. Raymond Carruthers We relocated from California to Upstate New York, moving 2 cars and buying 2houses. Nick and his team were very helpful in getting us through that transition. They worked to get us appropriate coverage which was tricky as we did a lot of building improvements. At the same time they improved our coverage they also helped us eliminate coverage that we didn’t need, saving us money. Besides being helpful and efficient, they were also upbeat and friendly.
