1 /5 Matt Talt: Don’t call within 5 minutes of everyone leaving at 4:30 just to get a copy of my declaration page. Because even the receptionist will tell you everyone is getting ready to leave so leave a message. I guess they are just to big of a company to care about a small homeowners policy. Time to look at a company who cares about customer support.

1 /5 Walter Koehler: I worked with TraciAnne for years and she was always extremely responsive and then I was transferred to "Travelers Service Center" which is basically the equivalent of your lawyer telling you to talk to the judge yourself. I went from 48 hours max response time on COIs to 10+ business days and 0 customer support. Anytime Id followup with Whitmore, they just said to deal with Travelers. One time when I desperately needed a COI the next day after waiting a week, they told me their internet was "down again" so they couldnt get back to me after it was too late. Thats the type of agency youre dealing with here. My new agent at Honig Conte and Porrino confirmed how slimy and negligent that is to do to a customer. They might still do right by some of their clients but youre running the risk of them transferring you to the black hole that is Travelers service center at any point. That client that I desperately needed the COI for lost patience and is now unresponsive to my calls and that contract wouldve earned me $12k+ yearly. Hope you learn from my experience and go with an insurance company who actually values your business.
