5 /5 Rissa Frye: Just started my insurance with them home + auto and honestly so far so good I have not had an issues.The process was super easy and straight forward all thanks to Kevin. Wanted to shout him out because he made the process smooth, he’s straight to the point not giving me the run around, he’s always there to help every time I call (which has been a lot lol) he never got annoyed with me with all my questions and he did his best to do everything he could/can to make me a happy customer. Very satisfied 10/10 recommend to speak to Kevin for any inquires you have!!

1 /5 Mei-Ling Liber: I too had this office aggressively solicit me even though I live in another state (Pennsylvania). They like to put the cart before the horse and just get people to sign up without actually checking the details of each individual case, ie they con you first to get their numbers up and then ask questions later. Well, I’ve actually had very good auto insurance with USAA as I’ve been a longtime customer of them, but when I originally talked to them, their offer was MUCH lower than USAA’s. At first I was suspicious, but the agent reassured me that that would be the actual price that I would pay for car insurance each month. Two months later, they sent me a letter stating that my insurance would be canceled due to a previous drivers license suspension in the past 3 years (due to non-payment of a traffic ticket), and that their agent had missed this when signing me up. So now I will probably have issues going back to USAA or any other auto insurance provider thanks to these snake oil salesmen. Watch out for their deceitful sales tactics.

Unbeknownst to me, my daughter hadnt revealed to me she had a moving violation, and because of that my insurance went up tremendously. Matt Cooney saved the day, Matt worked feverishly trying to get me a decent rate for four cars and three drivers. He came through for me and my family. And on top of that he is really a nice person and quite humorous. Thanks Matt your the best.

1 /5 Sean K: This office solicited me, I had not contacted State Farm. They conned me into leaving GEICO and joining State Farm. Their offer seemed too good to be true and it was. After three months they more than tripled my rate claiming that their employee whom no longer worked there had put in the wrong address and the rate had to be adjusted. This was their error and they refused to uphold the premium that we agreed upon. They are a deceitful group and should not be trusted with your home and auto insurance.
