1 /5 Kathy Badillo: I was on the phone a total of 13 minutes this early afternoon. I heard the ad on 1010 wins. The first person that picks up the phone was nice, took my information and transferred me to a sales person. The sales person asks me a few questions, had all my car information without me telling him, I only provided one car and they had all 4 cars in their system. He asked for drivers license then said let see what we can do. He said my husband had a ticket for speeding over 10-15, which was true and said hmmmm let me see how I can help you. He said you’re better off staying with Geico because our quote will be $5,000/month. Don’t waste your time! Not helpful at all or he was looking at his watch to go home. Oh he asked me what my husband did for a living, I downplayed dramatically what I do for a living, not sure what that has anything to do because after I said “I work at a doctors office and my husband is a driver” the sales person’s tone totally changed.
Photo proves how long I was on the phone. I was longer with the lady giving her our car information. The guy wasn’t helpful at all, he said Stay with Geico. He knew I was shopping around for insurance rates, he just seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered
