Starting with my first conversation with her, she immediately put me at ease and answered all my questions with knowledge and integrity. Speaking with her immediately gave me a sense that I was dealing with a competent professional. She assisted without pushing and helped me to build a policy that was best for me. After doing some research, I felt even more comfortable to continue with Alexis. Her courtesy and attention to detail made me a State Farm customer. Kudos to Alexis and her impeccable Customer Service, particularly at a time when we notice that Customer Service is waning.

He consistently went above and beyond to make sure I had the best rates and all available discounts. Honestly, he was the main reason I stayed with Allstate as long as I did. While this concept doesnt seem applicable to some companies, I can certainly confirm it is applicable and true for McEvoy Insurance. My wife and I were stuck after we had to deal with a horrible insurance company which kept trying to drop our policy while citing strange and vague reasons for their cancelation attempts. We finally had enough and wanted to find a better insurance carrier for our house we just purchased. We reached out by phone to McEvoy Insurance and spoke with David and Zach. Zach took the time to listen to our concerns, our needs and our situation with our last insurance carrier. He worked very quickly to find us a great insurance carrier that worked for our needs, our banks requirements, and most importantly, worked with our budget. I cannot recommend this company enough! Due to some complications with my policy, he let me know that I was actually better off going with a quote from another provider. That level of honesty is rare and truly appreciated.
