Josh I work in the car business and can say I have assisted clients in thousands of insurance changes over the past decade plus and I must say calling into this office has been the most pleasant experience for a mutual client I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Cybil who answered the phone was attentive from the get go in assisting with a complex situation for her client. Cybil went above and beyond even though we were less than a half hour before the agency closed for the evening. She got us the required documents flawlessly the first time and in such a quick manner I was SHOCKED. I will be referring clients to this office and am personally going to be calling them to try and give them my personal business for auto/home. Maximilian Epstein Hudson United is a great company to work, but I was really impressed with the customer service provided to me by both Janet Laino and Jessica Laino. They are knowledgeable and very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I did a lot of shopping around for the best insurance quotes, and was able to get a NYCM quote from another agent, but I shared the quote with Janet, and she was able to provide the same coverage at a lower cost. Also, I went to the DMV and they were not accepting my ID cards for vehicle registration, and I connected with Jessica who was able to fix the issue and send me new ID cards within 15 minutes which solved the DMV issue and avoided the need to schedule a separate appointment. Five star service at affordable rates -- you cant beat that with a national insurance company like Geico, Allstate, State Farm, etc..

Griffer Anything regarding insurance is always quick and easy to deal with here. The staff are friendly and communicate policies, dates and other information accurately and most importantly clearly. I only pay two times a year with half of my family using their services. Good people with real positive small town qualities.
