5 /5 Mikal Smith: So far so good. I had the pleasure of having Ms. Rosa Luna handle file. She was very patient, as this is my first time applying for commercial insurance, and very understanding. It was an experience that left a pleasant aftertaste.

For starters there customers service is the worst none ever responds to emails or even the phone you can call for hours and no one answers it left voicemails to agents and no respond the ICEING on the cake is I opened and insurance policy with them in November for them to tell me 5 months into my policy to tell me my policy was canceled in DECEMBER. Which is absolutely crazy. Because my policy was just about paid off. I only owed $400. For them to claim that they fix the problem but send me a bill of $900 saying the insurance company is going to reimburse me which is lies. I’ve been trying to get ahold of them for over 2 weeks to get answers and all I get is crickets. Do yourself a favor and DONT NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR INSURANCE NEEDS. You’ll save yourself a big headache
