1 /5 Kurt Latray: I have had my home and vehicle insured by Liberty mutual for the past 10 years. If all you want is the belief you have coverage without any resemblance of any kind of customer service, this is the place for you! I was not calling in to place a claim nor have I ever! I was mearly trying to get information on a policy that I had purchased earlier this year. It was an additional business liability insurance. As it turns out the cockamami broker that sold it to me sold me something that was completely not what I needed. On top of that, to add insult to injury, I spent approximately 8 hours on the phone going through phone trees and listening to crap music! The few times I was able to actually get to a human being they were either clueless about what to do or how to do it! Cant even imagine what would happen if I actually had a claim with this company. If you enjoy being abused and treated like a number, this is probably the insurance company for you. Otherwise I woulds steer clear at all cost. As of today Im in moving all my insurances to another company that actually treats me as a human being . Someplace that is reasonable and has people that at least can fake sincerity! My advice to anyone who might give a rats ass either way and is in the position to do something about it, would be to save the money on the stupid ass mascot and train people how to do their job!
