Dale Zero This company is a mess. Maybe their actions are legal but they certainly arnt ethical. Two examples. When my father-in-law passed away, the agent was at the house the next day trying to talk the 90 year old widow into using the insurance for 10 year investment without the ability for withdrawals and no promise of interest rate after the first year. ..... Nice Guys!.... Next, I had an insurance policy that I canceled but they continued to make withdrawls from my bank account! I contacted them and was told they sold the policy to another company and continued to bill me. WTF. Even better, they wouldnt refund the mony taken from my account because ...wait for it.... they said it wasnt their policy anymore. Do yourself a favor and find another company.

I have multiple polices through State Farm and I stay with State Farm because of the service I get from Brian and Christopher. Anytime I have to call or email, the response is always prompt and courteous. Christopher has definitely gone above and beyond for me many times, even when he didnt have to.
