Ally Well, I have to say I greatly appreciate that there is still true value in customer relations. Beanys Anziani is an asset to this company that I hope is recognized come promoting time. Her ability to listen and remedy an ongoing issue I had with Nationwide not only saved me money but prevented me from going to new insurance company all together. She was patient and went the extra mile. More importantly and rare, she expressed a genuine interest from beginning to *meet with me for a more human experience when everything could be done through the net. I will always value good intention and customer care with referrals and customer loyalty. Thank you again Beanys. His agents are readily equipped to handle any question regarding all fields of insurance. And what they did not know, they just informed me that they would look into it and give me an answer as quickly as possible. Any issue that I have had, whether it’s home, auto or life insurance questions or hindrances, they have helped me every step of the way.
