5 /5 June Bennett: I want you say the my experience with Eastern Insuring Agency was a great one. I arrived on a Friday at 4:25 and saw they closed at 4:30 but this amazing woman Taylor Wood said no problem come in lets review and discuss your needs. She did not rush me even though her work day was finished. She took the time to truly make me feel comfortable with reviewing and finding the right insurance coverage I needed. I am Canadian and just bought a new to me RV trailer, after the last 2 years of nit being able to travel over the border my old home away from home endured water damage that made my roof buckle in and was moldy so was not worth repairing. Sadly it was not insured. This time I decided to insure my new home. We opened a file and received a quote, as soon as my new RV was moved to my lot I emailed Taylor and sent pictures of it. She added them to my file and sent then for review and inspection. The next day we signed the contract and just like that my new RV was insured. Taylor was very professional, helpful, polite and a great pleasure to do business with. I recommend Eastern Insuring Agency for your insurance needs whether it be for a vehicle, home or RV. 1 /5 Corey harrigan: Most unprofessional insurance team Ive ever dealt with. Agents are kind upfront, give you the lowest quote at first, but cant deliver. The agents here cant seem to cooperate with each other. I spoke with multiple agents and none of the numbers matched up. Each agent came up with a different monthly installment without any changes on my part. Literally within the same day I was given 3 different amounts. Each of which were higher amount from the previous quote. Please I urge you or anyone who reads the reviews. Dont waste your time or money.
