PH John and his staff are very responsive to my specific needs. They are professional and care about their customers. They followed up with phone calls to make sure I did my required part for new car coverage. I wasnt the perfect customer but did finally make it to their office for the insurance photo. That was a no fuss quick process because they had my paperwork ready for me to sign. I recommend them!

kelvin martinez I give 5 star based on my experience with LA RIVERSIDE . I have to say nothing was ever so simple and easy when it comes to insurance customers service as they do. The staff here in the Bronx are friendly and very professional. You just bring your paperwork and they do the rest. They really good at finding the best price on the market, and if you have any issue they always there for you. What I like the most is that they never gave me an attitude when I ask questions.
