Tim Thomas Weve been dealing with David at A Agency for a long time and have always been pleasantly impressed. Obtaining the necessary insurance to live life securley can be an arduous and confusing experience. Dave goes well above and beyond the stereotypical insurance agent to get his customers where they need to be without insuring what they do NOT need! And he does it with simplicity, clarity and great quotes.. 5 stars..all of which are well earned!

Maximilian Epstein Hudson United is a great company to work, but I was really impressed with the customer service provided to me by both Janet Laino and Jessica Laino. They are knowledgeable and very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I did a lot of shopping around for the best insurance quotes, and was able to get a NYCM quote from another agent, but I shared the quote with Janet, and she was able to provide the same coverage at a lower cost. Also, I went to the DMV and they were not accepting my ID cards for vehicle registration, and I connected with Jessica who was able to fix the issue and send me new ID cards within 15 minutes which solved the DMV issue and avoided the need to schedule a separate appointment. Five star service at affordable rates -- you cant beat that with a national insurance company like Geico, Allstate, State Farm, etc..

She is prompt in her communication and very welcoming of questions. Jill has truly made navigating home, auto, flood, jewelry and any other insurances I have needed in the past (e.g., renters) so much easier and seamless. Lisa Pesci How refreshing to meet such nice people. We were due for a renewal with "one of the big guys" that we have had for many years. Given the huge increase in the premium, we were inspired to compare. So we asked our neighbors if they would recommend their agency. They were more than happy to offer a rave review of the Conklin Agency. I am so glad I asked. I now know why my neighbors were so happy. In comparing the Conklin Agency to the " the big guys" my only disappointment is that I didnt inquire sooner. Equal coverage at a much better price is great. However, it is the ease of doing business with Kari that really impressed us. She provided several options within a day. All were better that what I had. Ultimately she helped make the transition seamless while saving us money. Super friendly people running a local family business. The Conklin Agency has earned these five stars. Start to finish ! .

carl Miltimore We paid for insurance and we’re dropped with little notice due to Risks. Well let me see I pay to have insurance to cover the company for the risk that they stated the cancelled our insurance over. We have had no claims, no incidents and during renewal they dropped us due to Risks they said. I never had claims on our insurance but this company made a nice amount of money off us. They never spoke directly to us just to our agent very unprofessional. Why do you pay for any insurance because there is risk you may get in a wreck, you may get sick, you may need lots of different kinds of insurances due to risks. So, basically they let me go for the same reason they should have been covering me for. Unprofessional and I will go to ur to let others know. Do not use them!!!! Thank you
