NY Central Mutual with Walls insurance has been outstanding with their service, quotes and communication. Their on-line/APP services are also easy to set up and use. I am saving about $1,000 a year in savings in home and car insurance compared to my former carrier. Steven Cobb has been fantastic. He was very friendly and expeditious with his responses and with any questions I had. Highly recommend!

I was reminded that I had my auto insurance through Miscedra and Associates when I lived in the Hudson Valley years ago - so I gave them a call and was so happy I did. Lauren was positive, professional and got right on it. We got insurance for half the price we were quoted from other companies. I can’t say enough about Miscedra and Associates. From start to finish, they don’t miss a detail and really care about their clients. It’s refreshing.

My insurance needs were taken care of and I also received a follow-up phone call to make sure I had received all necessary insurance cards and information. The office was also clean, neat and orderly! Best service Ive received from a company in a long time. I highly recommend Daniel and his team!

Patricia Koblich I have been a customer for years. Jennifer and staff have always been courteous and knowledgeable. They are real people helping real people. Having insurance is a legal requirement. I choose to stay with them because of the reasons above. There may have been a previous post with one star. If Im unable to delete it, I would like to state that it was an error due to a non human interference that I didnt have the knowledge to overcome. After all, I am a customer of a certain age. I ask forgiveness.

Luke C I got a call out of the blue from Encompass. After realizing that I forgot to update my new card for payment Lauren was extremely pleasant to talk to, updated my info for me then, and even emailed me a confirmation! Can’t recommend Encompass enough!
