After that I filled out again and sent from post office. I left message to them on Friday that I wanted to know status. They never returned my call. After all of this I finally got my check

Jordan Brown One of the worst insurance companies. Their clients who hit your car and they won’t take fault for anything. The lady already hit me and then sat there and said there’s no damage we can leave Ain’t no time to waste sitting outside. Then filed the claim to immediately get denied saying they can’t get their police report through their third-party company instead of actually going to the Police Department and getting the police report. They want you to do the job for them just so they can deny the claim. This insurance company is the worst if you own a car. If you hit someone, they blame that person, but if you They blame you. This insurance company couldn’t lead blind people to water. ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO FILE YOUR CAR‼️

Kathy Koen Bryan is great very helpful. He helped me understand the different policies. I am checking into moving all our insurance to Bryan. The policy Bryan got us was around 10 times cheaper than Allstate with more benefits than Allstate.
