5 /5 Amy Freinberg-Trufas: Derick is a true, old school, Im-not-just-selling-you-a-policy,-Im-the-person-you-will-work-with-should-you-have-a-claim, type of insurance agent that I needed to help me manage multiple lines of personal and commercial insurance policies. I got sick and tired of being off-loaded to corporate employees with whom I had no relationship and at times, couldnt even get to return a phone call when I needed them most. Luckily, several people who had worked with Derick referred me to him and I ended up switching all of my lines to him. And, he saved me money! My prior agent hadnt even shopped my policies around. Ugh. Bottom line: Derick is a self-proclaimed "contract geek," he doesnt just sell a policy, he listens and advises. I found his advice to be sound, helpful, and quick. I highly recommend him!
