Joey Fiscolare Signing up for Medicare is a very arduous process, between figuring out when to sign up, what to sign up for, all the different parts and plans, all the different rules, all the different prices and all the different types of coverage. Craig Smith simplified this process for me and answered all my many, maybe sometimes silly questions, with patience. His wisdom and experience really helped me through the process of signing up and I now feel very comfortable with the choices Ive made with Craigs help. My current agent, Kristian Sinardo at State Farm, New Hartford NY, is nothing short of a stellar performer. Hes handled issues for me that were left unresolved for long periods of time. Id given up hope that theyd ever be fixed. Kristian changed all that. Kristian keeps working the issues and remains in contact until he resolves it.
