1 /5 Christine Dippolito: No stars would be more appropriate/accurate. I have been a loyal customer for about 40 years. I should have quit Geico 21 years ago after my husband passed away. I was driving him back and forth to NYC for cancer treatment. A parking garage attendant backed our truck in between 2 pillars and dented both sides of the back end. Geico charged me 2 $500 copays. Today I received an email indicating my coverage will be canceled on 9/1 if pmt is not received. I mailed a check on 8/9. Why are customers responsible for the company’s failure to process payments in a timely manner?? I’m totally kicking Geico to the curb!

1 /5 natasha luces: I used my card to make the first down payment, I specifically told the attendant don’t make any more charges it’s only a one time payment, upon viewing my statement I notice 3 months of charges from geico insurance, called the office and the lady said it was already charged so my brother will have to repay me. People beware they are THIEF here

5 /5 Steve Cifarelli: Sloan Seymour gave me a great, fair rate for full insurance after an autopay snafu lapsed me out of my previous insurer (who I had previously been a customer with for half of my entire life!). Thanks to Sloans excellent service, I will be staying with GEICO for the foreseeable future. 5/5 stars.
