My agent, Anna, and her superior, Liz, our top notch in their knowledge of all issues that I have encountered. If there is a question that they cannot answer, they will research it and get back to me very quickly. it is so refreshing to have people who actually take their jobs very seriously and follow through with anything I need. From the person who answers the phone to my agent and anyone else involved, they are pleasant, competent, and extremely responsive. I am 100% satisfied with customer service and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of insurance. They really know their stuff!! And their rates are competitive.

1 /5 Erik Egol: Constant inconsistencies, incorrect policy information, you speak with a different rep every single time and there is no continuity, each rep has to completely relearn the situation and the email threads get insane. Took almost 3 months to effectively cancel two simple policies. Poor communication, poor organization, poor bookkeeping, poor responsiveness, poor accuracy. These guys went downhill fast and it’s a shame. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody ever.

5 /5 B Good: Read everything trust me. Linsey Wendover & Angel Boyd are both amazing. Just so you know if they leave Marshall and Sterling, I will take my business to them so keep them Happy. Give them a raise. And thank them besides just with a quick email and saying good job and keep up the work! But actually do something nice for them and not just some gift card. Give them great recognition and given them at least $500 each to show the companys gratitude. They earned it big time. Feel free to contact me if you need any further clarifications. With zero reflection as to the employees mentioned above, this is to the carriers. You guys need to get stuff together! The NERVE TO raise rates on a car thats getting older. Im not too happy.
