5 /5 Ariel Costakis: I have been working with the Rullo Agency since I purchased my home back in 2021. They have been fantastic with getting me the best rates for homeowners and car insurance. Huge thanks to Jaime Altherr! She is absolutely fantastic and inhace been working with her since she first started at the company. She has answered every phone call/email and goes above and beyond to make sure she finds the best possible rates. Honestly, Jaime is one of the reasons why I have not left. 1 /5 Victor Lopez: They don’t deserve 1 Star, that’s too much for them. They sent me a quote im December, I accepted it, then I ended up paying twice the amount from the quote. I called them and the person who was “trying to help me” was very rude. When I called back a second time, my agent never answered the call. They told me he would call back and I’m still waiting for his call. I canceled the policy and ended up paying almost the same amount of money from the original quote for 2 months of coverage. They are the worst agents!!!!!

5 /5 Jon Premo: This review is to thank Tracey Hanchett at the Rullo Agency for taking the time to help me understand a very complicated insurance need and finally convincing me as to how close l came to losing all l have worked for through an auto accident! I did not fully understand.. my insurance policy excludes.. "transporting passengers for a fee". And, it is not available, anywhere in New York state. It wasnt Uber or Lyft but a company not familiar to most. I am retired and older person seeking to work when l can. So driving was perfect for me. Little did l know my auto policy excludes using my vehicle for such purposes. But Tracey knew! I still pushed seeking ride share insurance to fill my insurance gap for transporting passengers. As slick insurance reps in other agencies were trying to sell me. But little did l know that even ride share auto insurance still doesnt cover passengers. But Tracey knew! Its was a long emotional journey for me to understand it all but in the end l am so grateful to Tracey for stopping all she was doing to counsel, explain and gently lead me to fully understand it all. Look, based upon all l had said to Tracey about what l was doing she could have just cancelled my insurance and went back to her work. Leaving me on my own. But she didnt. l assured her that all transporting was on hold until my insurance matter is resolved. Which it was. This company misled me into believing l could transport their passengers and all l needed was my personal auto policy. Which placed all liability onto me but never never directly told me that such was the case. But Tracey knew! Thank you Tracey. You saved me from a possible financial disaster! Todays business world is mostly digital and all are in a hurry. So it was a blessing to have Tracey to guide me in my insurance needs. She took my calls, she answered emails..she cared and I trust her. And l dont trust but a few people in my life. I highly recommend the Rullo Agency and specifically..Tracey!

5 /5 Bill Bloodgood: I was in the market to insure my park model camper and golf cart. A lot of insurers wouldnt cover either or wouldnt cover golf cart unless I had a car policy with them. Mike Miller knew exactly what I needed and provided excellent service and rates.
